Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ACEOTICS purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging (if applicable)
  • Free of odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items purchased during clearance or sample sales
  • Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request a Return: Email us at returns@aceotics.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please include the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label (US orders) within 1-2 business days.
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a suitable alternative. Include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Attach the prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
  5. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Refund Amount

  • Full refund of item price for items meeting return requirements
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
  • Free shipping threshold adjustments may apply if a partial return brings your order below the free shipping minimum

Partial Refunds

Items returned with signs of wear, damage, or missing tags may be subject to a partial refund or may be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the return process above, noting in your email that you'd like an exchange
  2. Specify the size/color you'd like instead
  3. We'll ship your exchange item once we receive and process your return

If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please note that any customs duties or taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable by ACEOTICS. You may be able to claim these back from your local customs authority.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@aceotics.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • Description of the issue

We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at returns@aceotics.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item at no cost to you.

Late Returns

Returns received after the 14-day window may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Please contact us if you have extenuating circumstances.
