All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
During high-volume periods (product drops, sales, holidays), processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through:
- The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Your account dashboard under "Order History"
- The carrier's website directly
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses (for express shipping methods)
- Countries subject to trade sanctions
- Freight forwarding addresses
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We recommend selecting a shipping option with signature confirmation for high-value orders.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. ACEOTICS is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Re-shipping fees may apply for returned packages due to address issues.
